Ok so I made a Minnie Mouse banner for a friends daughter, but I got an idea to make it better (I am always finding ways to make something better or at least my own). Here's the revised finished version:
And here is the original:
Much better huh? Glad I visioned another way before I adhered the letters! Additional views:
The project cost about $5.00 to make.
Materails:
- 2pk 12x12 black glitter paper from Target (scrapbook aisle)- $0.99
- Pink polka dot ribbon from Michael's Craft Stores - $2.00 (on sale)
- Chipboard circles (packaged as a chipboard book with 5 circles on a key ring) from Michael's Craft Stores - $1.00 ea
- pink, black, and white paint (on hand)
- sealer (on hand)
- gloss varnish (on hand)
- Aleene's clear gel tacky glue (on hand)
It's cute, I like it much better with the circles!!!! Ashton's birthday is coming up, what are you making for it? :)
